Founded in 1978 by the Lopez-Hollis family, Carlitos signature cuisine is constantly redefined, blending centuries old traditions with modern techniques and expressive flavors.

The Carlitos Cafe y Cantina experience is comprised of several elements. La Parrilla, our open fire grill, imparts a smoky essence to our grilled specialties. Our Comal grill fills the air with the aroma of fresh handmade tortillas. The Cantina offers a wide array of premium 100% Blue Agave tequilas and a full bar.

Borrowing from the Pueblo, Mayan, and Aztec Culture, Carlitos' regional Mexican fare and lively ambiance emulates the soul of Mexico and the Southwest.
